IT Project Manager (with relocate to Dubai)

Requirements

● 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

● Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects

● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and distributed teams

● Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello or other PM tools

● Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Responsibilities

● Drive end-to-end delivery of projects in the travel domain

● Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation

● Facilitate communication between development, design, QA, and product teams

● Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure projects stay on track

● Report project progress to management and stakeholders

● Ensure quality delivery aligned with business goals

Nice to Have

● Experience with mobile and web applications

● Previous work in travel-tech, e-commerce, or fintech projects
