Contract Opportunity: Agile Team Lead (x4)

Location: London-based with travel across Southern England

Duration: 6 months (initial)

Outside IR35

A leading digital consultancy Client is seeking experienced Agile Team Leads to support a major transformation programme within the defence sector. These roles are ideal for seasoned Scrum Masters or Delivery Managers with deep Agile expertise and a strong track record of leading delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery across diverse business units
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
• Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across defence teams and operational units
• Ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery against programme goals

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Defence Experience
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-location environments
• Willingness to travel across Southern England (e.g. London, Bristol)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Additional Notes:

• Primary base will be London (1–2 days per week)
• Travel expenses are not covered
