Network Engineer

Position: Network Engineer L1 (On-site)

1. Provide end-to-end technical support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
2. Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, break/fix tasks, and lifecycle management including OS imaging, patching, and hardware replacement.
3. Support and maintain FUK SITA products CUTE, CUSS, eGate, PFM, BPM ensuring proper functionality and uptime.
4. Perform cabling tasks (fiber, copper, power), including installation, crimping, labeling, patching, and testing for new circuits and upgrades.
5. Deliver remote and onsite support using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow, including asset tracking and ticket resolution.
6. Provide basic Windows Server and TCP/IP network support, assisting in incident resolution and smart-hands tasks for server/network teams.
7. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, including antivirus monitoring, patch management, and endpoint security enforcement.
8. Manage user accounts via Active Directory, software installations, and support for MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and mobile devices.
9. Provide VIP/critical support during escalations or outages, ensuring minimal downtime and effective stakeholder communication.
10. Follow ITIL practices for incident, problem, and service request management, while maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge base updates.
