Role Overview
Join us as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services and play a transformative role in guiding institutions through complex financial landscapes. You'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge trends such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, SFDR reporting, digital currencies, blockchain technologies, and regulatory frameworks including Basel III/IV and IFRS 9.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to devise strategic initiatives for risk management and compliance, focusing on regulatory changes in SFDR, Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and more.
- Lead projects in ESG integration and sustainable finance, offering expert guidance on compliance and reporting.
- Innovate digital solutions by embracing trends like blockchain and digital currencies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous analyses and develop strategies that optimize capital structure and improve financial resilience.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing thought leadership in risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in the financial services sector, specifically within banking, with a deep understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Expertise in current financial and regulatory trends, including Basel III/IV, SFDR reporting, ESG criteria, and the latest developments in AI Act and digital currencies.
- Fluency in French and Dutch, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead complex transformations.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling tools and software.
