We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic development team at AS Piletilevi PLG and contribute to the creation of our new international ticketing platform!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as backend developers, designers, and product owners, to architect, develop, and deploy robust web applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Optimize application performance, diagnose and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience
• Participate actively in code reviews, offering insightful feedback to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Keep on top of the latest advancements and trends in Java development, particularly in the Spring Boot ecosystem, and propose enhancements to continually improve application performance and maintainability
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Java development with a strong understanding of the Spring Boot framework
• Experienced in building REST APIs
• Familiarity with modern service architecture concepts
• Proficiency in relational databases and/or MongoDB
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, while also possessing the autonomy to work independently when necessary
