Senior Fullstack Engineer

Location: Remote / Hybrid - Ireland
Salary: €85,000-€110,000 + Share Options

My client is a venture-backed cybersecurity scale-up on a mission to help businesses cut through the noise and focus only on the vulnerabilities that truly matter. With major enterprise customers onboarded, and exciting product growth ahead, they're expanding their engineering team.

This is a chance to join a small but growing engineering team where you'll have real ownership and impact. You'll work end-to-end across the stack, help scale enterprise APIs, and build customisation features that will define the product's next stage.

• Design, build, and deliver full-stack solutions in C# .NET Core and React

• Work with PostgreSQL and other modern databases

• Deploy and manage applications in the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Champion secure coding practices across the lifecycle

• Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, GPT, etc.) to work smarter and faster

• Own features from discovery to production, driving innovation and quality

• Mentor and collaborate within a transparent, high-trust team culture

• Strong experience in C# .NET Core backend development

• Comfortable working with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Blazor acceptable if adaptable)

• Cloud experience with at least one of the major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

• Secure coding mindset and awareness of potential risks

• Curiosity, autonomy, and ability to deliver in ambiguous environments

• Experience building or working with ETL pipelines / data analysis

• Background or interest in cybersecurity

• Previous exposure to startup / scale-up environments

• Remote-first, with a brand-new Dublin office for hybrid working if preferred

• Collaborative and transparent culture (flat structure, high trust)

• Regular team meetups and socials every 6-8 weeks

• Backed by strong leadership with experienced founders and advisors

• Intro call → Culture fit with leadership → Technical interview (take-home or live) → CEO interview → References

• Typically 3-5 stages, with flexibility depending on pipeline
