Lead Angular Developer

We are excited to partner with our client in the search for a Lead Angular Developer to join their newly established R&D Hub in Cork. This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational team member in a high-impact, agile environment focused on delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Scope of the Role:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the shared SaaS UI platform, with responsibilities including:

• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining reusable UI components using Angular and Storybook
• Championing and helping to establish UI/UX best practices across the organization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across multiple product lines

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong focus on component reusability, design systems, and scalable UI architecture.
• Deep expertise in Angular, along with solid proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience working with Storybook for UI component documentation and visual testing.
• Strong understanding and hands-on implementation of reusable design patterns and component libraries across enterprise-scale applications.
