Data Analyst/Power BI Developer

What You Will Do

• Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Integrate various data sources into Power BI and develop robust data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data processing.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them effectively use Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Work with data extraction manipulation and analysis using SQL and other data engineering tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices, and propose improvements to current reporting processes and tools.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Power BI development.
• Practical experience in SQL and Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
• Knowledge of Azure data engineering tools.
• Experience with R, Python is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and solo.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2 level, written and spoken).
