We are currently looking for Junior Lawyer (Lithuanian Speaking) to join FINCI team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting tCompliance departmentin the day-to-day compliance tasks of the Company.
• Advising on compliance with laws and legal acts regulating the activities and authorization of electronic money institutions.
• Advising on corporate matters, preparing corporate minutes, resolutions.
• Drafting, revising, negotiating agreements with the partners, clients, financial institutions, etc.
• Cooperating with other departments to coordinate compliance requirements.
• Drafting, revising, updating internal rules, procedures, policies in the areas of responsibility.
• Ad-hoc legal advice and support to management, other departments.
• Assisting with the design and implementation of the Compliance testing and assurance program, including the risk-based compliance assessment, control testing, and assurance plan.
• Completing assurance reviews and testing activities across different business areas in the Company.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to streamline and standardize processes and enhance operational controls and efficiencies.

Your profile:

• Higher education in Law;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Good command of MS Office;
• Team player;
• Well organized, driven and self-motivated.
