About The Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. Prior experience in Scrum or Agile is not required — we value your background in project management, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration.

Our client is one of the largest worldwide accounting, tax, audit, and consultancy companies operating in more than 160 countries.

Product is an online digital collaboration platform for professionals to efficiently engage with their clients. It is a channel for all types of engagements, where clients and internal users can exchange information, documents, data, reports, metrics and updates in a secure, auditable environment, with the integrity and privacy of client data always preserved. It acts as a central, secure location where all engagement material and associated collateral can be exchanged and worked on by both clients and their advisers, delivering a key interface for digital client experience. Our product is available across different browsers and on all devices. We have one big international team working on a product, and we use Scrum methodology in our daily work that allows us to work together and develop the product.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (GMT+3).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Agile way of working, make sure that all Scrum principles are introduced and followed throughout the process
• Ensure that project goal, scope, and product domain, are well understood by everyone in the Scrum Team
• Lead and guide the Scrum Team through Scrum events and ceremonies, task definitions, sprint execution
• Resolve hiccups and/or teach the Scrum Team how to resolve issues themselves
• Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
• Helping manage collaboration across teams with different levels of seniority and functions
• Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders and other Scrum Master(s) to foster alignment

• Taking ownership of organizational responsibilities, such as:
• Internal reporting, metrics tracking
• Process improvement initiatives
• Supporting company-wide events, workshops, and initiatives
• Assisting with internal communication between teams and leadership
  
  
  

Requirements 

• Has at least 2 years of experience working in project management or a coordinating role 
• Has strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills 
• Has a genuine interest in people, processes, and continuous improvement 
• Knowledge about Agile or Scrum principles
• Has a positive working relationship with the team and is comfortable interacting with teams of varying seniority levels and different stakeholder groups 
• Is organized, proactive, and willing to learn 
• B2 English language skills (both written and verbal) & Fluency in Lithuanian required
