ABOUT THE JOB

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Luxembourg, as a Testing Engineer Specialist.

Tasks:

● Absorb Testing Knowledge

● Understand existing test strategies, tools, environments, and coverage.

● Review Test Documentation

● Validate test cases, scenarios, and results; identify missing or outdated content.

● Raise Issues

● Flag blockers to knowledge transfer (e.g., unclear test logic, missing data, inaccessible environments).

● Ensure Continuity

● Maintain test practices and support ongoing test cycles during the transition.

● Identify Gaps

● Spot untested areas, edge cases, or inconsistencies in test coverage.

● Support Team Onboarding

● Share acquired testing knowledge with peers and help ramp up the QA function.

● Collaborate with Developers & Analysts

● Clarify acceptance criteria, business rules, and expected behavior.

● Participate in Agile Ceremonies

● Join sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to stay aligned and contribute to quality assurance.

● Define & Execute Tests

● Help write, refine, and execute manual or automated test scenarios based on user stories.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

● At least 11 years of IT related experience

● Software Testing fundamentals, including the test levels (unit, integration, system and acceptance testing) and test types (functional and non functional testing)

● Experience in test design and test execution of the different test types and levels, including functional, regression, and integration testing

● Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as AzureDevOps, or equivalent

● Ability to document and report defects clearly, work colaboratively with development teams, and support issue investigation and resolution

● Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and principles is a plus

● Experience with test automation tools such as TestNG and Selenium is a plus

● Hands-on experience in testing PEGA applications, including PEGA-specific test scenarios and rule validations is a plus

● Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level).
