AI engineer GCP

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and work on impactful projects helping clients design, build, deploy, and scale ML/AI models in production. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to deliver tailored AI solutions that drive real business value.

What you will do

Business Impact

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify ML/AI opportunities.
• Assess feasibility by analyzing available data sources and propose deployment strategies.
• Define and align project goals with measurable KPIs.

Technical Impact

• Design and develop machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Implement MLOps best practices to automate training, deployment, and monitoring (e.g. Kubeflow).
• Build scalable pipelines for model training, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure end-to-end automation, from preprocessing to production.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other specialists to optimize model performance.

Knowledge Sharing & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to the broader community by sharing expertise through articles, talks, or internal workshops.
• Encourage collaboration and continuous learning across the team.

Your profile

• Solid experience with machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices for managing the full ML lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery).
• Exposure to LLMs and solutions involving Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model tuning, and performance optimization.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus).
• Bonus points for experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or dbt.
• Eligibility to work in Europe.
