About this opportunity:

We are seeking a talented developer with a passion for training and fine-tuning AI models, to join our Cloud and Software Technology unit within the AI and Emerging Technologies sector at Ericsson. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions including generative AI, embedded AI, digital twins, and emerging software technologies. Leveraging hyperscalers for flexibility and scalability, you will contribute to building AI systems that empower developers and scientists worldwide.

The position is based in our System Comprehension Lab in Kista, where you will collaborate with highly skilled colleagues in an international environment. Daily interactions with teams across the globe require clear communication skills and a passion for sharing complex knowledge with researchers, data scientists, and developers.

What you will do:

• Train proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) for Ericsson silicon.
• Develop contrastive models for advanced information search and fusion.
• Perform continuous pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
• Utilize hyperscalers and other software platforms for model training.
• Expand your expertise in AI model applications and effectively communicate insights to your team.
• Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations.
• Engage in programming and employ diverse software tools essential to our work.
• Learn rapidly about the applications we develop and support.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• University-level technical education required; M.Sc. in a relevant technical field is preferred.
• Analytical, structured, and results-driven mindset.
