What You'll Do

As Business Transformation Manager, you will:

• Design and implement scalable operating models and value streams to support CtrlChain's growth.
• Re-engineer processes for efficiency, scalability, and measurable commercial impact.
• Build ROI-driven business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to align on strategic outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to design future-state solutions.
• Translate customer insights into improved processes and product enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from scoping to delivery.
• Track KPIs, adoption, and business impact of transformation initiatives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for change adoption.
  
  

Requirements

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in operations transformation, business design, or process excellence (scale-up or digital product experience highly valued).
• Strong skills in process mapping, ROI modeling, and data-driven analysis.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile and digital product/tech delivery practices.
• The ability to challenge assumptions diplomatically while keeping stakeholders engaged.
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams.
• Commercial sharpness, with a focus on cost, revenue, and efficiency levers.
• Excellent communication in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
• Resilience under pressure, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
