We're growing fast and looking for a motivated (Senior) Project Manager to join our Knowledge & Services unit in Delft. This role is central to the successful delivery of complex security evaluation and certification projects for high-profile international clients.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the planning and execution of multiple technical projects from start to finish
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality
• Communicating with stakeholders (internal & external), including technical teams and customers
• Overseeing resource planning and coaching engineering teams
• Driving risk management, reporting, and escalation resolution
• Supporting proposal development with the commercial team
• Capturing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement

👤 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented or technical environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to lead and communicate across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with academic-level engineers
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• A proactive, creative mindset focused on delivering high-quality results
• Bonus: Experience in security certification (e.g., Common Criteria, EMVCo, SESIP, PSA) or industries like IoT, Automotive, or Payments
