Project

We are looking for an experienced Java Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performing applications. You will be responsible for shaping the system architecture, ensuring best practices, and guiding the development team in delivering robust cloud-based solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and database management.

You will

• Define and design software architecture for scalable and high-performance applications
• Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Guide the team in Agile development methodologies
• Ensure the integration of cloud solutions using GCP
• Optimize database performance and design efficient data models
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers
• Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture for performance and scalability
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Must have

• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java 11 and above
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Experience with GCP Cloud and GCP Data Store
• Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle databases
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Proficiency in Git for version control
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in technically leading teams
