To accelerate our journey in Norway, we’re now looking for a Country Product Lead — a curious, business-savvy, data-driven product passionate individual who can shape and execute the local product strategy while serving as the crucial link between our local and central teams within the organisation.

As Country Product Lead situated at our Oslo Office, you will work with the product roadmap and performance for our Norwegian market. You’ll work cross-functionally across the local management team and central product organization, ensuring that our products are delivering maximum value to our customers and the business, backed by KPIs and the right data.

You will act as a local ambassador for product excellence — combining strategic research, hands-on testing, and cross-team collaboration to identify opportunities, drive performance, and deliver improvements.

Amongst other things, you will work with:

  • Propose product development initiatives to the central product organization based on leading OKRs
  • Track and optimize local product KPIs and performance metrics
  • Conduct strategic forecasting
  • and identify new product opportunities and expansion of existing products
  • Lead local implementation of feature adjustments and modifications, based on A/B testing, research, and competitive benchmarking
  • Design, set up, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions
  • Supervise the rollout of new features and enhancements in the Norwegian market
  • Act as a business-oriented product owner, proactively surfacing improvements, issues, and solutions based on data

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will:

  • Be a core member of the local Norwegian management team
  • Collaborate closely with central product and tech teams
  • Bridge local customer and market insights with group-wide product development
  • Report to Managing Director, and work in close collaboration with central Product team

What We’re Looking For

  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, consumer services, or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of product performance metrics and customer behavior analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and translate insights into action
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, navigating stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with setting up A/B tests and making basic frontend changes (HTML/CSS/JS)
  • Comfortable switching between strategic and tactical thinking
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
