About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines. You will work on fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and applying techniques such as model distillation and prompt engineering to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines for various business applications.
• Train, fine-tune, and distill Large Language Models (LLMs) for efficiency and performance.
• Implement advanced AI techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Deploy and monitor AI/ML models in production environments ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks, applying them to solve real-world problems.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model compression/distillation, and RAG implementations.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain, scikit-learn).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
