Hiring: Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Forward)

Location: Remote-first (Eastern Time preferred)

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll:

• Build and ship full-stack features across the core platform and AI roadmap
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Claude) into real user-facing features like chatbots, smart recommendations, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product leadership to iterate quickly
• Support and eventually lead high-scope technical projects
• Maintain backend services, frontend components, and data workflows
• Contribute to internal tooling and automation to boost team velocity
• Help drive the AI execution roadmap — this is a core part of the product

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience (PHP + JavaScript or similar)
• Proven ability to execute — you pick up tickets, chase blockers, and deliver
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Vertex
• Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and data layers
• Self-directed and organized — you unblock yourself and move fast
• Growth-oriented — you want to take on more and earn it through results
• Bonus: Experience in product-led SaaS or lean technical environments

• Backend: PHP 8.1/8.3, Zend Framework, Composer
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SCSS, React Prime
• Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• AI Tools: OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, prompt orchestration tools
• Infra & Tools: GitHub, Jira, Microsoft Teams, CI/CD pipelines
