Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Forward)

Fulltime Permanent role

Location: Remote-first. Candidates working in Eastern Time (EST) preferred.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features across our core platform and AI initiative roadmap
• Integrate AI-driven tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Vertex AI, Claude) into real user-facing features like chatbots, smart recommendations, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with senior ICs and the Head of Product to execute quickly and iterate in short cycles
• Shadow and support higher-scope technical projects with a view to taking more ownership over time
• Troubleshoot and maintain backend services, UIs, and data workflows
• Contribute to internal tooling and automation that boosts team velocity
• Help drive our AI execution roadmap forward — this is not a side project

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience (ideally in PHP + JS or similar web stack)
• Someone who can grind — you pick up tickets, chase blockers, and push things over the finish line
• You are AI-forward — you’ve shipped real AI-powered features or built systems that leverage APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or G Vertex
• You can work across the stack — backend APIs, frontend components, data pipelines
• You don’t need handholding — you operate independently, stay organized, and unblock yourself
• You’re hungry — you want to grow, take on more, and earn your spot through results
• Bonus: Experience in product-led SaaS companies or lean technical environments

Tech Stack You’ll Use

• Backend: PHP 8.1/8.3, Zend Framework, Composer
• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SCSS, React Prime
• Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• AI Tools: OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, prompt orchestration tools
• Infra & Tools: GitHub, Jira, MS Teams, CI/CD pipelines
