Role: (Senior) Software Developer C++
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain the company’s proprietary trading software using modern C++ and Boost libraries.
*Create software modules and applications to support both automated and manual securities trading.
*Maintain and enhance existing software systems for trading, back office management, analysis, and simulation.
*Collaborate with a small team to design and implement reliable, high-performance, and scalable software solutions.
*Engage with end-users to integrate feedback and requirements into the development process.
Technical Skills Required:
*High Proficiency in modern C++ and standard libraries. Experience with Boost libraries preferred.
*Basic knowledge and willingness to learn C# and .NET Framework.
*Experience with client-server systems, various network protocols, and databases.
*Familiarity with API integration, especially related to connecting with external exchanges.
Qualifications:
*A degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
Languages:
*Proficiency in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).
Experience:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience for Junior roles, and 4-5 years for Senior roles.
Desirable if candidates have experience in both C++ and C#, though primary expertise in C++ is necessary.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: €50,000 - €80,000

Limited remote work possibilities: up to 2 days home office, minimum 3 days in the office.
