The Opportunity

We're hiring a full-stack developer who ships fast, codes smart, and uses modern AI tools to work with leverage. You'll work directly with the founders to build, test, and launch core features across mobile and backend — in true early-stage startup fashion.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship core mobile features across iOS and Android using Modern AI Coding Assistant
• Collaborate with design and product to turn ideas into sleek, intuitive UI
• Integrate with backend services and database (Python + Azure Functions + MongoDB)
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on real user feedback
• Leverage AI tools (like Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to boost speed and quality
• Optimize performance, reliability, and future scalability

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to think across the full stack
• 1–2 years of hands-on Flutter experience
• Solid working knowledge of 1–2 major programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java)
• Proven ability to use modern AI coding tools (like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate output and improve code quality
• Solid understanding of Dart and cross-platform app lifecycle
• Familiarity with REST APIs, distribution systems, backend integration, and data flows
• Fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to build from scratch
