What You’ll Do For Us
- Provide local HR services to the Apopka Flavor Manufacturing site in collaboration with key stakeholders and the People Services Center.
- Support talent acquisition processes, including selection, recruitment, and onboarding new team members.
- Coordinate and execute training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare regulatory reports as needed.
- Support internal community engagement programs, fostering connections and engagement within the workforce.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, or a related discipline, along with 3+ years of experience in HR operations. Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and experience in organizational capability building are essential. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools for managing HR operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:$57,200 - $77,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
