Business Analyst (Treasury) (Banking exp Must)

Location – Qatar

Exp Range – 8+ Years

Scope:

• Design/development of UAT Test Scripts/Scenarios for Treasury Products.
• Assisting Treasury Dealers on deal input and testing of scenarios.
• Validation of UAT test results and assistance for re-testing the scenarios.
• Regression testing of the system and identification of any system bugs/anomalies.
• Support to Treasury FO, Middle Office & Operations as functional consultant of the system.
• Handling pre-go live activities and PLV testing and confirmation.
• Support for trouble shooting in post live environment.

Qualifications :

• Experience working with Summit system for Treasury Money market, FX, Fixed Income , Structures, Derivative and collateral management systems – Front to back office ,
• Strong customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile business analysis frameworks including Scrum, a plus
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of Treasury processes and brain storing discussions on Summit system integrations
• Capable of running and coordinating UAT with IT and Vendors
• Self-learner, motivated and driven to achieve optimal results for the team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities
• Familiar with how to assess technical architecture, people and skill sets to plan and execute business changes through the effective use of technology
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Experience working with Summit application
• Experience delivering in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholders needs
