We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will join a global leader in investment solutions and will spearhead the innovation, design, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI and machine learning systems, particularly those powered by large language models and advanced automation.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in AI or ML development and deployment;
• Experience with GenAI;
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
• Practical experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI;
• Solid background in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and AI-driven automation;
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker);
• Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to function within an agile environment;
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.

This is your role

• Lead development and deployment of AI models and infrastructure;
• Architect scalable, robust ML solutions for enterprise use;
• Develop and enhance chatbots and custom ML models tailored for client requirements;
• Integrate and utilize cloud AI services such as Azure AI and AWS Sagemaker;
• Implement and maintain AI workflows, pipelines, and best practices in data handling, preprocessing, training, and evaluation;
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new AI frameworks and technologies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders;
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
