Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Employment Type: Full-time (In Person - Onsite)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating requirements into wireframes and designs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design intuitive and engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure a consistent visual language and design system across all digital products.
• Translate complex problems into elegant, accessible, and responsive designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and process.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with design systems like Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.

Pay: 60,000 - 1,00,000 per month
