Information Governance and GRC Analyst

Role Overview:

The Information Governance GRC Analyst ensures compliance with records management requirements while supporting governance and risk processes. This role manages user access and lifecycle for physical and digital records, coordinates annual destruction campaigns and partners with business units and Legal for compliance activities. In addition the role supports GRC initiatives such as policy and standards management, annual business ownership attestations and basic risk assessments functionalities. Familiarity with compliance platforms for ex., OneTrust is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Records Information Governance

1.Administer user access for records platforms onboarding, offboarding permission changes

2.Orchestrate the annual records compliance campaign while managing retention schedules

3.Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation for audits

GRC Responsibilities

4.Manage the policy and standards lifecycle draft review approval publication

5.Facilitate annual business ownership attestations and track compliance metrics

6.Assist with risk assessments by collecting evidence and documenting results

7.Support exception handling and reporting processes

8.Use compliance tools like OneTrust for policy publishing attestations and dashboards

Qualifications

Experience in records management and information governance (physical and digital)

Should have worked in the GRC or information governance (records management) domain for 3 to 5 years

Understanding of compliance processes and governance principles

Strong organizational and communication skills ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have: Familiarity with GRC tools for ex., OneTrust.
