Job Summary

Role: Agile Coach

Experience : 15 years +

Desired Experience : At least 6 years as a Senior Scrum Master or 2+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach

Must Have Skills

• Agile Transformation and change management across the organization
• Lead end to end Agile adoption for teams and
• Standardize OKRs for measuring and improving team performances
• Provide strategic coaching for Scrum Masters, Product Managers and lead training programs across the organization for all stakeholders.
• Set up Agile Center of Excellence for Agile best practices.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Excellence in diverse mix of Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban. SAFe / Scaled Agile is good to have.
