Role Summary:

Lead the Jamf to Intune migration initiative, ensuring seamless transition and operational continuity of macOS devices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Jamf Pro administration
• Strong understanding of macOS lifecycle management
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM migration strategies
• Proficiency in Bash, Python scripting
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and DEP workflows
• Troubleshooting and performance optimization of Jamf environments

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Jamf API and automation
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) integration
• Exposure to enterprise security policies and compliance frameworks
• Experience in hybrid environments (Jamf + Intune coexistence)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational continuity of macOS devices during migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align device policies
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and compliance
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge base
