About The Role

You will report to our VPs of Product and work in one of the most important product roles at the company: taking our core product experience to the next level, internationalization or new products. You will own a critical area of our product end-to-end. You'll become a deep expert in our users, identifying opportunities and problems, and then driving solutions from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role that requires a bias for action and a knack for balancing speed with structure. You'll lead a cross-functional squad (engineering, U/X, analytics) and make data-driven decisions that will directly shape our platform and empower millions of people. You will focus in improving conversion, retention or PMF to continue fueling our hyper growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success with 10+ years in product management within consumer tech.
• Up to half of the above experience can be substituted with roles in user research, consulting, general management, or country launches.
• Experience working at a unicorn or “half-unicorn” in hyperg-rowth, or a combination of: Early-stage startup + Established large company with strong processes and structure
• Comfortable in demanding yet collaborative environments.
• This role does not include direct people management for now; however, people management skills are a bonus.
• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
