About The Role:

Are you an Appian expert ready to lead complex digital transformation projects? Are you based in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane? We’re looking for a Lead Appian Developer to join our growing team and deliver cutting-edge solutions for top-tier clients across Australia.

As a senior technical leader, you’ll take ownership of solution design, technical delivery, and team leadership, ensuring scalable, high-quality Appian applications that transform business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end Appian project delivery, managing timelines and technical quality.
• Design enterprise-grade Appian applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, to align solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and guide Appian developers, both onshore and offshore, fostering technical excellence and growth.
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of the curve, advising clients on Appian best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Appian development.
• Appian Lead Developer certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and solution design within Appian projects.
• Solid understanding of Appian design patterns, integrations, and Appian plug-ins.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Background in software development (Java, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus.
