Senior Software Engineer

About Them

Having been in the market since 2016 and already turning a profit they're looking to add a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their growing team of 4 engineers. Working within the hospitality space, you'll be responsible for working across the whole eco-system which includes the web portal, public interface, IoT system and payment integration.

About The Role

You'll be responsible for building brand new features using React, Node and AWS. You'll be taking ownership of your work, working autonomously, as well as closely collaborating with other engineers in the team. You'll mentor others, and not be afraid to think up different solutions to problems through trial and error.

Experience Required

• 8 + years using React
• 5 + years using Node.js
• AWS Cloud Experience
• Docker - for containerisation and deployment
• Jest - unit and integration testing

Nice to Have's:

• GraphQL - they're gradually migrating from REST
• TypeScript - improving code quality across our stack
