What you'll need to succeed

• Proven success in delivering projects on roads (DTMR/TfNSW), mining, and civil infrastructure
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and procurement skills
• Experience in tender methodology, contract management, and dispute resolution
• Ability to lead and motivate multi-skilled teams
• A proactive, safety-focused approach to project delivery
