Change Lead

We are seeking a Change Lead who will drive a significant digital transformation initiative within the Queensland Government, focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across three government agencies.

This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of the change components of the program, working closely with delivery teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners to ensure change management is seamlessly integrated into the project lifecycle. You will develop and execute strategies that drive adoption, enable workforce readiness, and sustain long-term benefits of the new system.

As a Change Lead, You Will

• Deliver, lead and manage the S/4HANA migration project, a complex multiagency program of work, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans and any related impacts are identified and addressed.
• Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of the project, including timely escalation within a well-managed governance framework.
• Support and work closely with a wide array of teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with the strategic direction of the department, business areas, and whole-of-Government, meeting organisational capacity and budget requirements.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure program success
• Manage the monitoring and reporting of project related trends and performance, including progress, financials, and post-implementation reviews, against project plans and schedules.
