AI Engineer w/Python

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain machine learning models and LLMs with a focus on big data,
• Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand and develop solutions for requirements.
• You'll be involved in designing, coding and testing innovative applications in areas such as machine learning, computational linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), advanced and semantic information search, extraction, classification and reinforcement learning with exploration.
• Collaborate with research teams to adopt the latest technologies in AI and ML. Contribute to implementing, testing and improving algorithms in these areas and proactively identify and file patentable technology
• Employ IBM Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality and stability.
  
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 1+ years of professional experience using Python to deliver AI-based applications into production environments
• 1+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks
• 1+ years of applied knowledge in LLMs
• Experience running AI-based application experiments and making changes
  
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience working on AI and/or ML projects & deploying into production
• Ability to develop and debug nondeterministic, adaptive systems
• Experience with multi-modal LLMs
• Experience with product grade decoder, training speech to text models and applied ML algorithms is a plus
• Experience with Voice/Protocols SIP/RTP is a plus
