We are looking for an enthusiastic People Operations Specialist to join our team and take on a key role in overseeing HR operations and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organize and lead the audit process for employee documentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for background verification providers
- Assist in planning and executing employee-focused events and activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Provide recommendations and support for internal policies, labor relations, and HR processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven ability to manage and maintain employee records effectively
- Experience in preparing and managing audits of employee documentation
- Strong experience acting as the liaison for background verification processes
- Familiarity with planning and supporting employee engagement programs
- Knowledge of labor regulations to ensure HR compliance
- Ability to provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and labor relations
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
