We are now looking for a talented Visual Designer to strengthen the NAPA Marketing team and to help us bring our brand to life through both digital and traditional channels.

The person we’re looking for is a creative team player who thrives in a self-managed environment. You can combine strategic thinking with hands-on design skills and understand the power of consistent brand. With a sharp eye for detail, you ensure every asset reflects our identity with clarity and impact. A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills help you support and inspire colleagues across the globe. We work in a global environment, with NAPA offices worldwide, so proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for success in this role.

The role is a fixed-term parental leave substitute for around one year. The position is set to start as soon as possible, in line with agreement. Your homebase will be our office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, where you are free to work in a flexible hybrid model.

What You’ll Do

As our Visual Designer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things visual for NAPA Group. You’ll:

  • Shape and evolve our visual identity across platforms and materials
  • Design impactful visuals for presentations, events, marketing campaigns and digital channels
  • Create and maintain templates, assets, and image libraries to support consistent brand expression
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality visual output
  • Provide hands-on support for daily visual needs – from blog images to intranet banners and giveaways
  • Guide Naparians in applying our brand identity and keeping visual guidelines up to date


What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in graphic design in a B2B environment
  • Relevant educational background and a degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Experience and a strong portfolio in visual and graphic design in both digital and print marketing materials
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), experience with Figma is seen as a plus
  • Previous experience of working with WordPress
  • Experience with managing and designing templates for Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and an interest in how AI can enhance creativity, efficiency and brand consistency
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative working style
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, self-managed culture and the ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Skills in photography, videography and motion graphics are seen as a plus
