Full Stack Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly capable and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong eye for design and user experience. In this role, you will take ownership of building and refining web applications that deliver insights, manage deployments, and support operations at scale.

You will work within the CTO Engineering group, collaborating closely with design, data, and product teams to bring intuitive, high-performance digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Translate user needs and product requirements into clean, usable UI/UX.
• Work with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to design discussions and product direction with a user-centred mindset.
• Provide handover and technical support documentation to ensure maintainability.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Tailwind, or similar).
• Proven back-end development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows, and cloud-native architecture (preferably AWS).
• Demonstrated ability to create beautiful, intuitive, and performant UI/UX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with design systems or design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Familiarity with data visualisation libraries/frameworks (e.g., Chart.js, D3).
• Exposure to SQL and analytics tooling.
• Previous experience in telecoms or IoT data platforms.
