Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our clients IT operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring new technologies are effectively embedded across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse, design, and optimise IT operations and business processes.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” processes.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Support the selection and implementation of new IT toolsets.
  • Create documentation and support change adoption across teams.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and IT operations processes.
  • Experience with business process optimisation and ITSM tools.
  • Relevant certifications (ECBA, CCBA, ITIL Foundation); Lean/Agile a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
