Front-End Developer for the Custom Software Development Unit

We're looking for a React Developer to join a growing financial product startup that's recently been acquired by a larger organization. You'll get the best of both worlds — the energy and flexibility of a startup combined with the stability and resources of a larger company. What You Will Do

• Build and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications using React.
• Create accessible UIs using tools like Styled Components, CSS-in-JS, or MUI.
• Collaborate with product leads and backend engineers to turn ideas into simple, elegant solutions.
• Take ownership of features and contribute your own ideas to the product.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on JavaScript fundamentals.
• Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve our product and development process.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Strong foundations in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Experience with Styled Components, MUI or other modern styling solutions.
• A go-getter attitude: self-driven, curious, and eager to grow.
• Comfort working in a flexible environment where you manage your own time and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills and a genuine enthusiasm for building great products.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level).
  
  

Nice To Have

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Exposure to backend technologies such as .NET.
• Experience with TypeScript, testing libraries (Jest, RTL), or state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
