We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for Girteka Logistics and TNDM Trucking companies. If you thrive on turning data into actionable insights, enjoy working across international teams, and want to understand how a complex business truly operates - this is your chance.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Analyze operational and financial performance of Girteka Logistics and TNDM Trucking companies.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly insights to support decision-making across departments—sales, pricing, transport, finance and more.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve data quality—identify root causes of issues (process, system, or human) and propose actionable fixes.
• Build and maintain Excel models, templates, and reporting processes.
• Support annual budgeting cycle and strategic projects with data-driven input.
• Educate colleagues on key KPIs and help foster a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with international teams and communicate findings to top-level stakeholders.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis (logistics experience is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of financial principles and business operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and persistence to navigate complexity across systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP BI, QlikView, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

• Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €4140 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
