Role description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, comfortable integrating it into their daily practice, and eager to contribute to our growing firm. This position requires an attorney who can handle complex corporate finance and FinTech cases, while also taking the initiative to research and develop their own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance and fintech cases
• Conduct legal research and draft documents
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives
• Collaborate with a small, agile team
• Stay informed on the latest developments in FinTech and corporate finance law, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of the industry

Qualifications

• Attorney in Luxembourg (liste I, II or IV)
• Experience in Fintech or Corporate Finance
• French is the main working language, accompanied by English
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic advice to clients
• Proficiency in legal technology tools and willingness to embrace new technologies
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Legal design and legal development mindset
