Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO quality standards throughout all project phases:
• Kick-off: project charter, business case, benefits, plan, budget, etc.
• Project execution: change request management, tracking deliverables, monitoring scope, risks, and issues.
• Closing: validation of sign-offs and completion of closing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and procedural deliverables.
• Provide analysis, quality assurance, and portfolio-level reporting to PMO management.
• Support end-users and onboard project managers to PMO tools and methodologies.
• Collect requirements from project managers and perform impact assessments on PMO processes when required.
• Recommend operational process improvements and propose system enhancements across the full PMO workflow (demand management, execution, and closure).
• Test PMO tools and related components, log defects, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain PMO procedures, document templates, training materials, and FAQs.

Profile

• Solid background in IT Portfolio Management Office.
• Strong knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies (PM2, PMP, Prince2, or Agile)
• Understanding of Benefit Management
• Proficiency with MS Project Professional and MS Project Server
• Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online
• Familiarity with SAP Business Objects reporting
• Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).
