Machine Learning Engineer

Platform Engineer | Machine Learning & MLOps | Amsterdam

My client, a specialist Software Engineering business, is investing in a Platform Engineer to help design, build, and scale cloud-ready ML platforms, powering reliable and production-ready machine learning for major brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance end-to-end MLOps workflows — from model training and deployment to monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows.
• Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to support predictive and real-time applications.
• Share best practices in software engineering, observability, and cloud-native development.

Experience:

• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, MLFlow, TensorFlow).
• Workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation expertise.
• GCP or Azure experience.
• Bonus: Distributed systems, Spark, Kafka, or large-scale ETL.
• Native-level Dutch language
