Product Manager (with relocate to Dubai)

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced, and independent Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our AGENTS product – from concept to launch. You’ll work directly with the company’s founder and VP Product to shape the product vision and bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to build a new product from scratch (0 to 1), lead cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development of the AGENTS platform.
• Translate high-level ideas from the founder into actionable items for R&D, Design, and Business teams.
• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and PRD creation.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Think strategically while staying close to execution.
• Ensure the product experience is deeply aligned with the needs and emotions of our target users.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years as a senior PM.
• Proven experience in launching 0 to 1 products.
• Strong background in either tech or business.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Deep empathy for users – able to think like a customer.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel industry or with platforms for independent sellers.
• Background in online sales or e-commerce.
• Previous relocation or international work experience.
