About the Role

Role Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software/infrastructure development and operations
• Ability to work in an agile environment with minimum guidance
• Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, and open-minded mindset
• Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Open to teamwork, knowledge sharing, continuous learning and experience learning from other culture

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Node.js
• Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of AWS/cloud technologies
• Proven backend development experience and ability to build highly scalable systems
• Experience developing on live systems without downtime
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes, release systems, and workflows
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Nest.js framework
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong research skills in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Ability to keep up with emerging technologies and apply them in practical solutions
