As we gear up for international expansion, we're looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join our growing team of 40+ developers. You'll be part of a dynamic, self-driven group that's shaping the future of workforce management.

What you’ll be doing as Fullstack Developer at Dyflexis

As a Fullstack Developer at Dyflexis, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge workforce management platform. You'll work across our entire tech stack, from frontend to backend, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission of empowering workers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across our entire tech stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and ship new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our technical architecture
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Contribute to our innovative, bootstrapped approach to product development

What you need to succeed

The setting is challenging: 800k users depend on our platform, so stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently, including AI, authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will positively impact 800k users across the globe.

Your track record shows:

• You know what it takes to build a solid product (agency experience is a plus)
• You know your way around PHP (Symfony), Vue 3, Docker and Gitlab
• Ownership and initiative come naturally to you – you're on it, always
• You set systems up from scratch and embrace a 'build it, run it, love it' mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to have 🔥

• Experience with workforce management or B2B SaaS products
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies
