Job Description

We’re looking for pragmatic, self-sufficient SREs with a solid software engineering background who understand infrastructure as a platform, not just a checklist. You should be the kind of person who automates first, understands the big picture, and can work alongside developers to enable velocity without sacrificing stability or security.

This is not a runbook-following role. We’re interested in builders and problem solvers who can:

Design and build custom solutions when existing tools fall short.
Think critically about systems, scalability, and resilience.
Work cross-functionally with developers and product teams.
Potentially grow into Developer Experience (DevEx) roles in the future.

Qualifications

Strong Kubernetes experience – understanding how to deploy and maintain production-grade clusters and workloads.
Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Ansible. You should be comfortable building systems from the ground up.
CI/CD pipelines – debugging, improving, and automating them end-to-end.
Cloud platforms – deep experience with AWS or GCP. Azure is fine, but we primarily operate in AWS/GCP.
Infrastructure automation – not just scripts - reusable, scalable solutions.
Golang and/or Python – software engineering experience.
Proficiency in the English language (B2+/C1 level).

Nice to Have

Experience working in a regulated environment (ISO 27001, SOC2) and integrating security from day one.
Prior experience embedded with or supporting development teams as DevOps or SRE.
Broad understanding of system performance, observability, and incident response processes.
