We are looking for Project Managers to lead high-impact IT implementation projects across functions such as HR, Legal, R&D, and IS. These projects require a hands-on approach to project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and solution implementation.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from conceptualization and business requirements gathering to vendor selection, system implementation, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from the IS side, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee RFP/RFQ processes, including solution and implementation partner selection.
• Manage end-to-end system implementation, including data migration from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing & Sales, HR, Legal, HSE, Security, and IS.
• Drive alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on system implementation.
• Proven experience with LMS or IP Management Systems.
• Solid background managing RFP/RFQ processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in legal/compliance-related projects.
• Bonus: Background in international/matrixed environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
