About the role

You will be part of a team that focuses on building solid insight and data solutions together with others. We are looking for you who find it exciting to work with data, people and stakeholders around the company. You are knowledgeable, have experience with Cloud Native data engineering and working with large data areas. In addition to development, the task will also be responsible for enablement and helping others in the team.

Your work will include:

• Develop data products/solutions in GCP and other relevant technologies

• Work with other technology and business environments to understand needs, participate in solution design and develop what is required. Share knowledge and come up with concrete ideas to solve the needs that have been identified.

• Work with data integration, APIs and architecture

• Ensure that our data is available where it is needed. At the same time, do so with a focus on security and privacy.

• Develop and optimize data processing and insight with tools such as dbt, BigQuery, Airbyte, Kafka, Looker and Kubernetes

• Implement best practices in security, governance and compliance - in collaboration with dedicated teams

• Collaborate with Platform Engineers, Data scientists and others to optimize data products and platforms

Skills requirements

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, platform development or cloud-based infrastructure. The most important thing is that you have a cloud-native mindset and thrive in an environment where we challenge established solutions and continuously improve the way we work.

We would like to see you have experience with:

• Cloud services (Preferably GCP but Azure, AWS and similar are also relevant)

• Data engineering and platform technologies such as dbt, BigQuery, Airbyte, Kafka, Kubernetes

• Automation, CI/CD and DevOps principles

• Bi tools such as Looker, PowerBi or similar

• Security and governance (you don't have to be an expert, but should know the golden paths in the field)

It is an advantage if you like working in autonomous teams, are curious about new technology, and want to be part of building something that has great importance
